ToneNet Not Opening on Amplitube 5

When I open Amplitube 5 my Tonenet is not opening and is showing a red circle. I have already made a ToneNet account, I am signed into IK Product Manager. I have already tried restarting my PC, Re-authorizing Amplitube 5 and even tried re-installing it. When I go to my settings on Amplitube 5 it shows that I am online. Is there any fix to this?

Try clicking on the ToneNet logo. It should open the interface if everything is set up. Also, clicking on the "world" icon next to ToneNet should open the web page. Hope that helps..
