As Peter_IK suggested, the best thing to do is contact Technical Support, via the IKM web site.

I mean, if there is a simple way for us to check our devices then it woud be useful for IK to add these details to the FAQ or some public space so we can confirm which devices are most likely to have this issue.

I connected via USB and attempted to update the Space-X pedal. The unit is bricked. I cannot get it to work after following all IK suggestions. I am upset and frustrated.
