I purchased the upgrade from 5SE to 5 and ran through the install process. After completing, I registered and authorized, but am missing all the additional gear. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no success. Product manager shows the new version as being registered and installed. I am on MacOS. Anyone run into this and have a suggestion (I did reach out to IK as well).

Try running the Custom Shop program and doing a "Restore my purchases" there.
