Amplitube 5 standalone suddenly no output

Hi. I'm on a Mac running Big Sur 11.6.2. My audio interface is a Motu M4. Today I was playing my guitar through the standalone Amplitube 5 app, and suddenly there was no output sound from Amplitube, and I haven't managed to figure out why. So now I get no sound output from Amplitube. I know others have mentioned this problem on Windows. But I guess Macs have the same problem.

Hello lablandphoto and welcome to the forum.

A few fault finding questions:

1) Are you getting sound out from any other software, DAW or YouTube etc?
2) Have you tried both the main speaker outputs and the headphones?
3) Do the input and output meters in AT5 show signal?
4) Do the output meters on the M4 show signal?
