Authorization issue

Downloaded amplitube 5 SE, downloaded the ikmultimedia manager. I also have amplitube 4 (apparently but I didn't know unless it came with 5 SE). It says authorized. I re-entered the serial number sent in an email. Restarted my DAW (Logic Pro 10.4.1) rebooted my computer. Re-entered the serial and everything is still locked except the default amp when it opens. Any insights?
