Hello to all
I have recently purchased the Amplitube 5 max + Ax i / o package.
there don't seem to be any structural problems with the objects, all installed correctly.
BUT once the guitar is connected to the sound card, this to the PC and started amplitube 5: almost every picking I hear an annoying background hum (zzzzzzz).
Not only that, 3 amazing things:
- the problem seems to exist only on brian may presets (but they are the most important ones for me !!!)
- if I start a backing track on youtube to play on it, the buzz becomes very loud, it covers everything!
- if I record the track in amplitube to be able to send the file to customer support, once the .wav file is exported the noise disappears!
very slight improvement but very slight, if I set the buffering to 512.
I cannot go further otherwise the latency begins.
Have you ever had a similar case?
i'm desperate, i don't know how to fix.
Eventually to make you feel the problem I can only send the .atbproject file
can i do it with someone?
