White noise during gear trail period

Hi, i redeemed my orange Dual terror and I started a trail for the Joe Satriani JVM amp. But I keep getting white noise when using the gear. Any ideas ? I am using version 5.2.0

Never mind. Selecting the amp selects a different Speaker cab. The cab was not in trial mode. That's where the white noise came from.
