Amplitube 5 SE download

Hi!

I have a bundle licence for Amplitube 5 SE but I didn't find a way to download and install it. With IK Product Manager I can only install the Custom Shop version.
How could I do?

Hello Max and welcome to the forum.

Ordinarily, you open the IKPM, click Register Product, enter your serial number and the product should then be available.

What bundle are you referring to? Is it part of a bundle with hardware?

Thanks for your answer, I solved doing as you suggested.
It is a licence I received buying an Audio Interface on Thomann.

There is a way to upgrade my Amplitube version with a full one (or at least the SVX version)?

Glad you've got it working.

Well, you've got a couple of choices.

You can either buy SVX 1 or 2 (or both) as additional gear packs which will (once you have registered the serial number) be available to you in AT5SE. Have a look on this link SVX 1 is currently on sale.

Alternatively, you can upgrade to AT5MAX which will upgrade you to every piece of gear currently available in AT5, including the SVX products. Depending on what IKM software you own, you might be eligible for a crossgrade at a reduced price.

Since I have updated AmpliTube 5 from version 5.2 to version 5.4 my purchased SE products aren't available.
I have reinstalled both the IKPM and the AmpliTube 5 without success.
Product has been shown as registered (after entering my license key) but within AmpliTube 5 all amps except the default one are locked.

It shows this:
AmpliTube 5 CS
Registered On 2021-11-28
AmpliTube 5 SE
Registered On 2022-02-18

Could you pls help me to reactivate my purchase.

Sorry to hear you're having issues. The first thing to try will be to open the Custom Shop app, login and then hit Restore My Purchases. That usually does the trick.
