Number of Presets drops from 2500 to 400 after authorizing

Hello!

Since I updated some days ago from Custom Shop 1 to Custom Shop 2 my presets vanished in Amplitube 5.

I looked up this thread https://cgi.ikmultimedia.com/ikforum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=26228 and tried the steps described.

Then I noticed all my presets appear as soon as I unauthorize Amplitube 5 in my user account. For example this screenshot shows all 2531 presets in my preset folder. As you can see in the screenshot the Product Manager shows Amplitube 5 as unauthorized and a lot of gear is locked because of this on the right side.

As soon as I authorize the installation or restore the purchases in the Custom Store the number of presets drops to 398. And a lot of gear isn't visible in the list on the right side anymore. Only the ones I don't own and they are locked of course.

Is this the same problem users encountered here https://cgi.ikmultimedia.com/ikforum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=26228 or this something different? Maybe is has something to do with Custom Shop 2? The steps described didn't help in my case and I also tried reinstallation and running as administrator.

Hello sophusgrewe and welcome to the forum.

I think your issue is to do with the filtering in AT5.

In the top right hand corner (next to the Search Gear box) there is an icon that looks like a combo with a cross next to it. This is filtering all the presets/gear that you DON'T own.

If you cycle that icon by clicking it until it shows just a tick next to the combo that will be filtering all the presets and gear that you have access to.

Let us know if that gives you the expected outcome.
