new IrigHD2 but can't figure out software dl

Hi, prior to getting the unit I installed the free version of Amplitube 5 , I guess its CS?
so now I got the the Irig and planned to install SE of 5 and AmpliTube 4..
However iK download manager does not show these to be available as a download

says under AmpliTube 5 installed ..
drop down menu shows:

AmpliTube 4 FULL
Registered On 2021-03-05
AmpliTube 5 CS
Registered On 2021-02-28
AmpliTube 5 SE
Registered On 2021-03-05

no way to uninstall CS or install any of the other versions below..
When I launch amplitube amp I don't see any changes from the initial CS to the SE..
AmpliTube version 5.0.2

I am going back and forth with customer support Sebastian C who just keeps assuming me to be assured that software should be in download manager...

In your IK Product Manager it should say AmpliTube 5 and you would install that version 5.0.2 that you see there. If you click the "Products" tab of AmplITube 5 you would see which versions you have registered, there wouldn't be separate downloads for each. Once you authorize it you should have access to what's included with AmpliTube 5 SE.

Note that you would automatically have the software listed on this page in your account once you had registered your iRig HD 2: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/i ... php?p=apps

did you mean in IK manager? if so it does not say CS, SE..ect it says 5.0.2

this is the same version as what was installed free, how do I get SE loaded?
How do I get amplitube 4 loaded?

Yes in the Product Manager. You may want to reply to your support ticket then, as I clearly see AmpliTube 5 SE on the list when I look at the Products tab under AmpliTube 5 in the IK Product Manager.

as other post says, the issue is the same
all the gear and looks like the free version. not the SE..
there is no option to get amplitube 4 as this came with the unit
