Is there a way to change the default IR directory?

I am trying to add my IR library and on top of having to load each file one by one, the process is even more painful because it opens up file directory on a completely different drive every time I try to add each file. Having to navigate through sub folders every time I have to add a file is making the process incredibly painful.
