Why does browser and video audio stop when using A5?

Why does browser and video audio stop working when using Amplitube 5 and Axe I/O ?

Firefox latest version
All video players..

Never does this with other audio interfaces or Amp sims?

Take a look at the sample rate. If you are using 44100hz for example and AmpliTube starts requesting 48000hz it makes the browser render crash and you have to restart the browser. Try to set up all your inputs and outputs sample rates to the same in Windows sound panel.
