only getting output from the room mic

Hi, I'm new to amplitube, trying to free version and demoing some gear to decide if I wan to get it. Everything was working well for a couple days and then today, I stopped getting output from the amp mics. I only hear the room mic, so it sounds like a 100% wet reverb signal. I checked the mixer in the cab section, nothing wrong that I can see there. Help!

That sounds very strange.

If you say that the mixer sections looks normal, do the meters still show a signal coming from the close mic(s)?
