Sample tank Custom shop serial N° [Resolved]

Postby Michel Guyot » Thu Jan 16, 2020 3:41 pm

I have created a account and just after I'm told I can get (for free) Sampletank and other softwares from IKM.
Very well, thank you!!!!
So I downloaded them, which was quick and easy
I also received an email thanking me for opening an account and telling me that I received those free softwares....
So far so good.
But when I start Sampletank3 (custom shop) I'm told that I have to Authorise it via the authrisation manager.
I do that but then the Authorisation manager ask me for the SERIAL NUMBER.
Where can I find that number please?

In your "User Area", under "My Products", you should see a serial number under each product you have. Under the picture of the product, it should read "Serial Number:", and underneath that should be the serial number.

For example:

Code: Select all
SampleTank FREE
Registered On: 25-10-2013
Latest Release On: 22-10-2010
Serial Number:
XXX99-99XXXXXX-00000

Code: Select all
SampleTank Custom Shop
Registered On: 07-12-2014
Latest Release On: 24-04-2018
Serial Number:
XXX99-99XXXXXX-00000

Paste those codes into the Authorization Manager and you should be good.

BTW, this is the Amplitube sub-forum. SampleTank is under this sub-forum:

Sorry about the late answer.
Yes, it worked perfectly just as you suggested.
Beside, what does "BTW" means (in your answer), please.

"BTW" means "By the way". "Au fait" or "par parenthèse"
