I can't download Amplitube 2018 to iPad2(iOS 9.3)

Recently, I can't download Amplitube cs for iPad from appstore.
Error message shown can be download later iOS10, but my iPad 2 is iOS 9.3

I before buy iRig2 now I try to pretest for feasibility download to my iPad2 or iPhone4.

Can you help me?
