Having already purchased the 57 Custom Champ model from this collection, does IK Multimedia take it into account when I purchase the rest of the collection as a bundle?

'Fraid not.
Bundles are almost always much better value than the individual plug-ins. And FC2 is currently at a sale price of $/€ 99.99 excl. VAT
