Getting started with AmpliTube

Hello!

I downloaded Amplitube 4 on Mac (Os X Yosemite V. 10.10.)

I am following the instruction of the User's manual I downloaded.

I plugged my preamp on the computer the preamp is Audiobox USB. I followed the instruction p. 21
2.1.1 Audio Midi set up.

But I get no sound from my headphones (that are plugged on the Preamp) nor the computer. Nothing moves on the screen of the Amplitube, so I can the information is not going through the program.

What should I do? The preamp is working, the red light is on.

i got through my first enigma! The problem was the headphones, they perfectly work on others devices but not on the preamp! I changed my headphones and now it's kind of working, I can hear the sound of my bass.
