Interesting, I did not experience that error on Windows 10. There seems to be an odd permissions problem with your user directory structure, so I recommend working directly with IK Support a http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/mi/ (note that this is AmpiTube Custom Shop not iRig UA that you'd choose as the product you're having issues with) and they'll surely get to the bottom of it with you.
