Can you get AmpliTube on iPad and PC free with IRigHD2?

Hi all,
I’m a complete newbie, can anyone help me with this problem?

I registered my iRigHD2 interface and all seems well for my iPad but when I tried to install AmpliTube 4 on my PC, which runs Windows 8.1 I can’t get it to work.
I seem to have tried every route.
I seem to have a trial version which will expire in 9 days time.

I’m going nuts!!

It sounds like you may need to authorize your AmpliTube 4 which you can do with the serial number found in your IK User Area.

Once you register your qualifying iRig hardware, the MAc/PC software you get with it will show up in your IK User Area along with the proper serial numbers.
