Well all my files were in the wrong folder.
This is the correct path for Windows
C:YOUR USERNAME/Documents/IK Multimedia/AmpliTube 4/Presets
Onedrive had corrupted that path in my case. I created a folder on my pc and changed the preset path so it looked in that folder.

Hmmmmmmm, it does it with 4.4 too.
Windows 11, i5 11600k, 32 gigs of ram, Audient id4 @ 32 buffer. 44.1k sample rate.

Here's what I see, when I go to that it has (as Peter mentioned) the "cloud" icon.
That is the issue I'm almost certain of it. So should I simply create a folder from the same name or should I just wait for support? (they haven't chimed in yet)

Yes the cloud was the problem. The preset folder is not supposed to be on the onedrive. So I put the files in a folder that was on my pc and changed the preset path so it looked in that folder.
