Custom Shop purchase not showing in app [Resolved]

Hi all,

I just purchased the Lead V (5150 amp). The purchase was debited to my account, I received the invoice. I entered the serial into Authorization Manager successfully. But the amps is still grayed out and not useable in my AmpliTube app. Did I miss a step or do something wrong?

Run the Custom Shop program, login, switch to the AmpliTube section and click {Gear}, then "Restore my gear". That should do it.
