Hi, I have a Brian May Special guitar and I'm new to the Amplitute Brian May Software. I just have a quick question regarding the BM presets. When I select a particular preset in the software how should i set the switches on my BM Special? Should i just replicate how they are set on the BM Special in the software for the particular preset that i have chosen?

You can indeed look at the switch settings on the Red Special stomp for sure. However, if you want to see some other options, and note that some of the switch combinations can be generalized and achieved with different switch settings and/or some can be redundant which would be why you might see different here, you can check out this Brian May Guitars page about switch settings for certain songs:
