CAN'T ADJUST AMP AND PEDDLE SETTINGS

Postby zulujos » Mon Sep 23, 2019 12:13 pm

I haven't used my AT4 in a while but decided I wanted to get back into it. I run it through a Surface Pro and have not had any issue before. The problem I am experiencing is, while I can toggle the switches, I cannot adjust any of the tone and volume settings. No matter how many times I click and move the cursor on various amps and peddles, I cannot move the knobs. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure what would cause that but I would suggest first making sure you have the very latest update installed from your IK User Area and if that doesn't "reset" things a bit or help the issue in general, please open a ticket with IK Support for official support. Especially since no other users have chimed in for a while either. Thanks!

Thank you, Peter. It has been a very long time since I used the software so that very well may be it. I was trying to find a way to update it . Where do I access the User Area?
