IRig 2 not working (Moto Z2)

I am using iRig with a Moto Z2 phone, and I am not getting anything through amplitube or tonebridge. I have my headphones plugged into the iRig, and I'm getting sound, but tonebridge and amplitube won't read I guess. Anyone have any advice?

If your device meets the compatibility/specs at https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/i ... rig2-specs and you are having such issues, please open a ticket with IK Support at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support if you not already done so.
