unable to complete purchase of brown sound78/79

ok i tried to purchase the new tonex brown sound 78/79. it;s constantly prompting me to verify address details. I did it a million times. contacted support. they suggested deleting cookies and cahe, restarting browser, using a different browser, deleting cookies and cache again and doing soimething on the back end, but still not able to simply purchase using paypal or my cards. yes i checked everything to make sure nothing expired, checked my country....blah blah blah. it's the site i'm sure of it. i have had issues with them before but it usually works itself out later but not this time.

Please reply to IK Support as they can look at your account more closely if you let them know their suggestions didn't work.

Having the exact same issue - and as you mentioned the suggestions from support have been ineffective. Were you able to get this resolved? Such a pain !

Please reply to their suggestions to let them know it isn't working and they will make sure to take care.
