About a month ago, I purchased a license for AmpliTube 5 MAX V2 from Thomann’s website.
I successfully installed and activated the software on my computer, and I’m using it with a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 audio interface.
However, ever since my first use, I’ve encountered a persistent issue:
Regardless of the channel, effect, or amplifier I select, I always hear both the processed and the unprocessed (dry) signal through my speakers. I have made sure that the “Direct Monitor” function is turned off on my Scarlett 2i2 interface.
I’ve tried various solutions, but none have resolved the issue. I even installed AmpliTube on a different computer, but the result was exactly the same.
I kindly ask for your assistance in identifying and resolving this problem.
