Dumby Preset - Lost It - Where can I get it?

I'm into day 3 of my new Tonex One. What a torturous journey. I do love the sounds and the concept. I found one preset I loved that came with the pedal - Dumby. I somehow overwrote and then spent hours trying to find it in my backup, and everywhere else. Is there anywhere I can download this preset on the internet or should I just give up.

Check and see if you have DMBL. I think they may have renamed it. I know that one has the same tone model, so some of the parameters may be different but I think it is the same.

I have DUMBL but it says it's a TONEX Max preset and I need to buy Max to use it.

Check to make sure you are logged into your IK account on the Tonex software. You can also search for “Thick Bluesy Drive” in the tone models.

I'm logged in for sure. It also says I have a Bonus collection pack three, and that has never shown up either. The fact that I could overwrite a preset so easily seems like an issue with how the software operates. I will check out the Bluesy preset. I think I have given up hope on the Dumby preset I liked so much. Thanks, everyone, for the help. I see the power of this pedal (thinking of buying a second for my acoustics), but the new double app software is still confusing.
