Volume adjustment between sounds

Dear all,

hope you can help me with my new Tonex Pedal!
I cannot adjust the volume between two or more sounds on the same level.
For example, if I adjust the volume of one sound, eg clean, which was lower volume before in comparison and save the whole sound setting and switch to another sound (eg high gain which was higher volume before, then it is too loud for this hi gain sound.

Overall sound volumes cannot be leveled between each other.
Maybe it is simple, but I cannot solve this problem. It is essential for me.

I have a Tonex One and not the big pedal so I can’t tell you exactly what to do but there are multiple parameters that affect volume. Some of them are global and some are tone model specific. You want to adjust the tone model volume instead of the global volume. One exception to this is if you are using the compressor. In that case you need to adjust the compressor gain for each preset and leave the tone model volume at the default level.
