cancel a license?

Hi,
I have a ToneX license, 4 are already allocated. But one of the four is assigned to a broken (and totally unrecoverable) computer: how can I delete it?

The only way to un-authorize a software on a computer is to do so on that computer. However, contact the IK Support team here https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/sw.
They might be able to help you out here.

I need to delete 2 licences:
[mod redacted - do not post private information like serial numbers, authorization codes, etc here]
Can you do it?

No need for an eye roll especially when the person right above you stated exactly what to do.
