Hi there, my tonex pedal is putting out about 30db less than my tonex one. It's the same preset and even with the input trim and all the global volumes maxed out the sound is barely audible. If i boost the signal with an external source than by the time i can actually hear the guitar theres so much hum and hiss that i still barely can hear it.
I've looked through the manual and through troubleshooting for hours. Any idea what I could be missing? Thanks.

If you are connecting to speakers or another audio system, check to see if the output port is faulty. You can try connecting to a different audio device to see if there is an issue with the output.

Already done. Headphones and a different fr speaker both have the same problem.
