HELP: PURCHASED WRONG SOFTWARE

I purchased Tone Max instead of AmpliTube 5 max, is there a way if I contact support they can take away the Tone max and replace it with AmpliTube 5? I accidentally put in the serial number because I thought it was for AmpliTube 5 max, I know they have a no refund policy but it would suck if I lost 100 dollars to nothing.
