AmpliTube 5 Max (registered version) Fails to Scan in Ardour

I have installed AmplTube 5 Max V2 (5.10.2) using the IK Product Manager, along with MixBox and Lurssen Mastering Console. MixBox and Lurssen work fine, but I continually get an error status when scanning the AmpliTube 5 plugin. It seems to work fine in standalone mode. I have manually checked the path listed in the error and the plugin is there. Does anybody have a clue as to how I can get the plugin to work in Ardour 8?

I get the same error message in Mixbus 10 for the Amplitube 5.10.2 vst3 plugin. If I downgrade to 5.10.1 it works fine, so something got broken in the 5.10.2 update.

I contacted IK support and their response was that they weren't familiar with that DAW and I should contact their (Mixbus) support.

Thanks for replying! Yeah, IK support has had me do a clean uninstall and I've uninstalled OneDrive as well, but still no luck.

Can you tell me how to get the 5.10.1 downgrade?

I kind of found it by accident in a folder called Amplitube 5 in my home folder (I'm on Windows 11). There were compressed folders for a bunch of earlier releases and there was one titled AmpliTube_5_10_1. I think when I update from the IK product manager it downloads the files there first. To downgrade I uncompressed the folder and ran the installer found inside. I was able to locate the 5.8.2 version on IK my products web page but not the 5.10.1 version.

PS before I ran the installer I uninstalled the existing copy of amplitube 5. The install failed if I didn't do that.

I have the same problem... Amplitube 5.10.2 doesn't work in ardour. So I decided to return to Amplitube 5.10.1

Downgrade to 5.10.1 worked for me as well.

And now there is the Amplitube 5.10.3 but the problem persists. Have anybody solved the problem?

Amplitube 5.10.3 VST2 plugin works OK in Ardour but Amplitube 5.10.3 VST3 does not.
