How to access librarian in Tonex Max?

Hello, I was excited to finally install some presets onto my Tonex One pedal, but I'm having difficulty. After watching some tutorials online it appears they all have access to a "Librarian" tab which simply doesn't appear in my Tonex application. After deleting the app, re-installing, re-authorizing, etc it still won't show up. What am I doing wrong here?

In the newest update which introduced TONEX Editor, the Librarian is now in the Editor application which is installed as a separate application.
