Tone X One hisses and whistles

Hi,
My Tone X One is connected to the computer via a Focusrite Scartlett 2i2. The presets are noisy and whistling. I tried a different audio interface, swapped cables and adjusted all possible settings and connected a Behringer HD400 upstream. Nothing has helped. Does anyone have the same problem and a solution?
