AmpliTube 5 Presets Saving as a new

I can edit an existing preset but when I save it it overwrited it. If I change its name it still eliminate the old preset and puts the new one iunder the new name. Silly

How do you create a new preset without losing the original

Sounds like something is going wrong. That is not how it works for me under macOS. If I click the Save Preset button in the top bar and then change the name in any way, I get a new preset with the new name and the old preset is intact.

You could also try using the destination drop down and save it to a new destination.
