Input and Output Muted in ASIO Driver

I am trying to get my Tonex pedal working with Tonex Max and Amplitube 5 through my PC.I cannot get sound through my PC as the input and output of the ASIO driver is muted and I cannot un-mute it.

I have tried both versions of the driver and neither work. I have installed everything on another PC and still have the same issue.

Any help is appreciated as it's going back tomorrow if I can't fix this
