Just got this interface for xmas as a recommendation from Sam Ash music store. Was told I could plug my guitar into my computer and play. So far this setup does absolutely nothing. Started out I couldnt get any audio for my guitar to my headphones through the computer. Now I have no audio from anything on my computer to my headphones. Yes, I have tried to change sources. Im not 100% tech savey but I am not tech illiterate either. This should not be this difficult to set up. [mod redacted - please review the forum rules]

Update, restarted the computer and at least have normal audio back. [mod redacted - please review the rules when posting]

So last night I was able to plug headphones into the interface and get sound. Still blows my mind that you have to have headphones connected to the interface to hear anything, yet you can record from your interface and the playback over your computer.....[mod redacted - again please review the rules of this forum when posting]
Anyhow the next problem is the audio out of the interface is terrible. Volume fluctuates on its own and if you strum too hard you get a pop in the headphones that unpleasant. No the gain is not tripping on the interface. I have reached out for support, but have had about as much response there as this forum.
