I have ToneX Max and am using the ASIO driver. It's the only setting that I can play my guitar and almost hear in real time. Every other setting has some kind of latency. I am connected to a UAD Apollo Twin. When playing guitar OR using the demo player module at the bottom, the ASIO driver keeps farting out and the only way to fix it is to either switch to Windows and back to ASIO or to close ToneX and restart the program.
Also, side note, I can not figure out how to se the default Tone Model. Tonex insists on starting with the first amp in the list every time, it was horrible with a lot of noise so I deleted it. Now Tonex starts with the next head in the list, Black Angus, and a window appears saying that " Tone Model cannot be found or loaded." HOW do I set the default startup settings?
