"this type of tone model can't be loaded" error

On a couple of tone models I get this error: "this type of tone model can't be loaded because the amp model is locked". What does it mean? They worked until yesterday. I have them loaded on the pedal but I can't use or modify them on the software. Can I solve it? Thanks everyone
