Free Boutique Overdrives Included with Purchase

I'm having trouble getting the collection of pedals "unlocked." They're a part of a rebate for purchasing the tonex one during December 2024. At this point I've registered my device, downloaded the tonex application, and hit the "Restore Purchase" button in the settings as the rebate described but they're still locked behind a pay wall.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
