Win 11 machine, up to date
Own both Max versions of Tonex and AT5
Use AXE I/O One

Media Player for MP3's

Can stream MP3 jam tracks outputting through the AXE interface to Iloud's when using Tonex, but not when using AT5. Get unsupported Codec message.

Have updated the Codecs

Anyone else have this issue and solved it?

Okay, from a thread on the Interface and Controller section, learned what the problem was. The sample rate has to match between Axe I/O One and Windows sound devices.

Set the sample rate in Windows 11 under System - Sound - Properties - Format - pick the match to the Interface and everything works as it should. Or set the interface to match what Windows is set for.

Why the mismatch did not affect playing MP3 backing tracks while using Tonex is a mystery, but everyone loves a mystery, not . . . .
