Custom Shop won't open

Is anyone else having this problem with Custom Shop? I'm running Amplitube Max on Windows 10 Home version 1803, OS build 17134.885, Intel Core i7-4710HQ CPU @ 2.0-2.5 GHz, 16 GB RAM. All I get is a blank screen with the message SSL Handshake failed.

This started recently. Custom Shop functioned normally before that.

I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Didn't help.

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are running into. Any ideas about what has changed just before it started happening? (Cough, Windows 10 automatic updates?)

Yeah. Windows 10 update, no doubt. Support told me to reinstall. That didn’t work, so I’m waiting to hear back. I thought maybe another user might have run into something similar. Thanks.

Same problem here. Unfortunatly support couldn ´t help. They have send this issue to the development team (18.06.2019 support ticket 2406316) but I haven´t heard anything from them.
I hope that this issue could be solved.

Wow, sad to say that 5 years later, I have the same problem.
I work with Windows 11, comp 22621.4317
However, I have two users in my PC: "Installer" and "Pablo".
When I start the CS with "Installer", it works!. But there I have no profile and no access to all my music.
When I start the CS with "Pablo", I get the blank page with the "SSL handshake failed" message and the Back button which doubles function to ask for a raise of income.
When I start the CS as "Administrator", I get the blank page with the "SSL handshake failed" message and the Back button which does nothing.
This means that the error is not in the program itself but in the environment, or the profile.
My common user is "Pablo" and it is not superuser. This is a good security practice, and it reduces the risk of a threat (virus, whatever).
