Unable to connect to tone.net

Hi,
as title said, also if I'm online on the account and I've registered the Amplitube on the product manager, I can't connect to tone.net. The dot next to the button is always red. I've already disconnected from the product manager and re-connected but nothing has changed. I wrote to ik multimedia but the only answer I've received suggested me to do what I've written above (disconnect and riconnect). Any other possible solution?

Have you replied to IK Support? If their suggestions don't work, please let them know and they will continue to assist you.
