I loaded up a preset the other day and when I went to adjust something it didn't seem to take effect. This was a 3 amp setup, so I turned off two of the amps to isolate the one I was making adjustments to. It became clear that nothing I was doing was taking effect, and even after turning off all 3 amps I was still getting the original preset sound. How is this possible?
As a note, I have had other setups where I have seen some sound getting through. Some, meaning I would hear something like a clean direct input at a low volume even though the amp appeared to be completely off.
Can someone explain this?
