Greetings

Hello, I'm a new IRigHD X and Amplitube CS 5 user. I'm not actually a user because I can't get anything to work.

I bought an iRig HD X. I downloaded Amplitube CS 5. I have a Dell Laptop PC, with an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8665U CPU @ 1.90GHz 2.11 GHz processor with 32 gb of ram and a 64 bit operating system.

I can not get Amplitube CS 5 to work. Through my headphones I can ONLY hear my UNPROCESSED bass guitar sounds.

I've selected my Irig HD X on my computers input/output settings. Volume at 100.

In Amplitube CS 5 audio/midi section I selected ASIO, input selected IRig HDX asio usb, left #1, right #2, output settings to IRig HD X asio usb, left #1, right #2.

I can not get Amplitube CS 5 to work. Through my headphones I can ONLY hear my UNPROCESSED bass guitar sounds.

The Tuner in Amplitube CS 5 displays zero input signal. Through my headphones I can ONLY hear my UNPROCESSED bass guitar sounds.

The knobs on the amplitube CS 5 amplifiers produce zero tone change no matter the knob setting. Through my headphones I can ONLY hear my UNPROCESSED bass guitar sounds.

I've tried using my Focusrite Solo. Through my headphones I can ONLY hear my UNPROCESSED bass guitar sounds.

if anyone can please help?

Thank you,

David

I made a video with ten things to try if you can't hear your guitar in AT5. I would suggest starting with your FocusRite USB interface and getting signal to the AT5 tuner. Once that works you can switch to the iRig.

I also have a short on using an original iRig. I don't think that will be that helpful but I include it just in case.
