Hi guys! I wrote to IK's customer support already, but it's Sunday and I'm impatient, so I'm wondering if you guys can help me out if this is a known issue. I'm trying to create my first ToneX model. I have some really cool amps and I'd like to have a snapshot of them in the ToneX One pedal I just bought.
However, the process gets stuck at the Training tab. For several minutes it shows "Creating _ network..." and then it just says "Could not start the Modeler engine!".
I'm on Windows 10 and have a AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core 3.8 GHz CPU and 64 GB of RAM. All the ToneX software is fully up to date. Any ideas what could be causing this issue?
I've found a thread here where users were reporting similar issues, but it was from 2 years ago and didn't really offer solutions.
