Hissing in the amplitube 5

Hello everyone, I'm using Amplitube 5 on Reaper, and I'm having problems. There is a hiss from time to time that has nothing to do with guitar noise. It keeps squeaking all the time. Does anyone know what I need to do to resolve it? :cry:
