Tonex capture Real Rig - Tone Model - comparison not enabled

For some reason the Real Rig - Tone Model comparison is not working, meaning that the Real Rig comparison option is not enabled. My interface is Scarlett 2i2 so I have 2 inputs and therefore (technically) live input Real Rig comparison should be possible yet the software is not letting me to utilize it. I'm guessin this could be due to the Audio Setup choises in the selection screen before the comparison (due to the 2x 2i2 outputs only) so that it for some reason obstructs using the comparison when switching the outputs back to monitors (even though you have 2 inputs one guitar DI and one from the amp). Any idea?
