Tuner stopped working

I installed Amplitube 5 some days ago on my mac. I bought the plugins for the 57' custom twin amp and cab, and everything works fine EXCEPT the tuner. The tuner stopped working somehow, it's like there is no input for the tuner pedal, but the amp and cab simulation is working fine.

Any ideas?
