I bought Amplitube 5, I see that the default preset in the program is two mics on amy amp cabinet. I want that stereo sound from both mics (usually a SM57 and a U-87).
But I would be recording electric guitar via direct input.
So, how can I achieve this stereo imaging of the multiple mics default that Amplitube if I would be recording through DI/a mono input?
Thank you,

Which OS are you using ? In Windows I go to Documents/IK Multimedia/Amplitube 5/presets and rename Default.at5p into anything else and then rename the tone you worked on and like into Default.at5p. Works for me perfectly with the inputs/outputs defaulting to stereo now. For the actual connections having stereo it depends on if your cabling is TRS or not.
